2. The Objectives and Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data

We are processing these personal data with the aim of being able to send newsletters with relevant information and offers, as well as orders to you as a customer. The legal basis for this treatment follows from Article 6, paragraph 1, letters a and b of the Data Protection Regulation.

3. Recipients of the Personal Information

Quote Copenhagen ApS will pass your personal data to data processors.

4. The Time of Retention of the Information

Quote Copenhagen ApS cannot say at this stage how long we will keep your personal data. However, we can inform you that we will be concerned about whether your personal data remains relevant in connection with the distribution of newsletters and the execution of our orders when we have to determine how long your information will be stored.

We strive to keep your personal data only for a reasonable time. When the personal data we have collected is no longer required, it will be anonymized or deleted.

5. Duty to Provide Personal Information

You do not have a duty to submit the personal data.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Following the Data Protection Regulation, the data subject has a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about the data subject.

  • Right to correction (rectification): You have the right to have inaccurate information about yourself corrected.
  • Right to deletion: In specific cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our common general deletion occurs.
  • Right to limit processing: In some cases, you are entitled to have the processing of your personal data limited. If you have the right to have limited treatment, in the future we will only be able to process the information – except for safekeeping – with your consent, or to provide for legal requirements to be established, applied or defended, or to protect a person or important social interests.
  • Right to object: In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful handling of your personal data.
  • Right to transmit information (data portability): In some cases, you are entitled to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transfer these personal data from one data controller to another without a barrier.

7. The Right to Lodge a Complaint to a Supervisory Authority

European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free exchange of such information and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC. From Article 13, paragraph 1, it appears that the data controller must give the data subject a range of information when personal data are collected from the data subject.
